MeitY in collaboration with NXP Semiconductors is offering internship opportunities for the students of institutions involved in the SMDP-C2SD Programme to generate industry-ready manpower promoting industry-academia interaction.

The interns will be able to learn the complete design cycle (starting from design specifications to fabrication of chips) for development of SoCs/ Systems, ASICs and FPGAs based designs.

6/12 Months Hardware Engineer And Software Engineer Internships offered by NXP Semiconductors.

Eligibility: Students pursuing B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D (course completion date to be June/July 2020).

How to Apply: Eligible students should contact Internship PoC (Point of Contact) of their institution and forward the following information through their PoC to MeitY before the last date i.e., 20th June 2019:-

• Detailed CV (only in pdf format).
• Area of interest.
• Duration of Internship.
• Name & Email of Guide/Faculty in the current research work being pursued.

Details on Internship start date, duration, location, etc. will be communicated in due course of time. Additional details can be had from the Internship PoC of the institutions. (Provision of additional stipend is at the discretion of the Institution).

NOTE: Stipend may not be provided to the interns by NXP during the internship period.
